These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of our website and to any enquiry, quotation, order or purchase made through our website, email, WhatsApp or other communication channels.
By accessing our website, submitting an order or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.
If you are acting on behalf of a clinic, company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to act on and bind that organisation.
2. Professional Dental Products
Our products are primarily intended for use by qualified dental professionals, dental clinics, healthcare institutions, dental laboratories or other persons who are appropriately trained and legally authorised to purchase and use them.
We may request information or documentation to verify your professional status or authority to purchase certain products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the sale, possession or intended use of a product may be unlawful, inappropriate or unsafe.
Products must be selected, handled, stored and used:
- In accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for use, product labelling and recommended storage conditions
- By appropriately trained and qualified personnel
- For their intended purpose
- In compliance with applicable laws, professional standards and regulatory requirements
The purchasing clinician or organisation remains responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for a particular clinical situation or patient.
3. Product, Clinical and Regulatory Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and compatibility information. However, product packaging, colours, measurements, designs and other details may vary slightly from what is displayed on our website. Product images are provided for general illustration only.
Any educational or clinical information provided through our website, social media, articles, demonstrations or communications is for general professional information. It does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions for use, appropriate professional training, independent clinical judgement or patient-specific diagnosis and treatment planning.
You remain responsible for confirming the suitability and compatibility of a product before purchasing or using it.
References to third-party brands or systems are provided for identification, comparison or compatibility purposes only. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Such references do not imply an affiliation with or endorsement by the relevant trademark owner unless expressly stated.
The regulatory status of a product may vary depending on the product and jurisdiction. Where applicable, information concerning a product’s listing on the Singapore Medical Device Register or Class A Medical Device Database may be provided on our website or upon request.
Customers purchasing products for use outside Singapore are responsible for confirming that the products may be lawfully imported, supplied, possessed and used in the destination country. Registration or listing in Singapore does not represent registration, approval or authorisation in another jurisdiction.
4. Products, Availability and Orders
All products are subject to availability. Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it is in stock or available for immediate delivery.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the quantity of any product available for purchase
- Discontinue or replace products
- Correct product descriptions, specifications or prices
- Restrict sales to particular persons, locations or jurisdictions
- Decline orders that appear to involve fraud, unlawful activity or unauthorised resale or distribution
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, backorder, credit or refund, where appropriate.
We will not substitute an ordered product with a materially different product without your agreement.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement, payment authorisation or receipt does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
An order is accepted when we expressly confirm its acceptance or dispatch the products.
We may reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an error in the product description or price, payment cannot be processed or verified, the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or we are unable to fulfil the order for legal, regulatory, operational or safety reasons.
If we cannot accept or fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will refund the affected amount.
Once an order has been accepted, cancellation is subject to our approval. Specially ordered, customised or non-stock products may not be cancelled or returned unless they are defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activities carried out through your account.
5. Prices, Payment and Promotions
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other costs will be shown or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, full payment must be received before products are dispatched. We may withhold delivery or cancel an order if payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed or not received by the required date.
Promotions, bundles, complimentary products and discount codes are subject to their stated validity period, eligibility requirements and product availability.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
- Discount codes cannot be combined
- Complimentary products are available while stocks last
- Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period
- Returns involving promotional bundles may require all items in the bundle to be returned
We may suspend or cancel a promotion where there has been an error, misuse, fraud or technical issue.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided on our website or through our communications are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated timeframe, but delivery may be affected by stock availability, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required because the address was incorrect or no authorised recipient was available.
Ownership of the products passes to you only after we have received full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to the address stated in your order or collected by your authorised representative.
International Orders
International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our prior written confirmation.
Product availability, shipping costs, estimated delivery timeframes, payment arrangements and permitted destinations will be confirmed separately. We do not guarantee that we can ship every product to every country.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products may be lawfully imported, purchased, possessed and used in the destination country. Customers are also responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes and other applicable charges.
An international order is not accepted until it has been confirmed by us in writing and full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If any product is missing, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:
- Your order or invoice number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable
- The product’s batch, lot or serial number, where applicable
Products should not be used if their packaging or sterile barrier appears damaged or compromised.
Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in that policy, return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the product was received. Products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
For hygiene, safety and regulatory reasons, products with opened, damaged or compromised packaging cannot normally be returned unless they were defective, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied.
Please contact us and obtain return instructions before sending any product back.
If there is any inconsistency between this section and our Returns and Refunds Policy, the Returns and Refunds Policy will apply specifically to the return, refund or exchange.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or our Returns and Refunds Policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Product Safety Notices and Recalls
If you become aware of a suspected defect, adverse event, safety issue or performance problem involving a product supplied by us, please stop using the affected product where appropriate and contact us promptly.
If we or a manufacturer issue a product safety notice, recall or field safety corrective action, you agree to reasonably cooperate with the instructions provided. This may include identifying affected stock, stopping further use or distribution and returning or disposing of affected products where required.

Where we have issued a specific written quotation, contract or set of credit terms for an order, that document will take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency relating to that order.
